ELECTRONIC END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR LASERGRAPH DSP SOFTWARE
NOTICE TO USER:
THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY DOWNLOADING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This LaserAnimation Sollinger GmbH, Berlin, Germany ("LaserAnimation") End User License Agreement accompanies the Lasergraph DSP software product and related explanatory materials ("Software"). The term "Software" also shall include any updates, modified versions or updates of the software licensed to you by LaserAnimation.

Please read this agreement carefully. At the end, you will be asked to accept this agreement and download the software or, if you do not wish to accept this agreement, to decline this agreement, in which case you will not be able to use the software. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, LaserAnimation grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the software, provided that you agree to the following:

Use of the software: You may install the software on a Lasergraph DSP manufactured by LaserAnimation and make backup copies of the software.

Copyright and Trademark Rights: The software is owned by LaserAnimation, and its structure, organization and code are the valuable trade secrets of LaserAnimation.

The software also is protected by copyright law and international treaty provisions.
This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the software.

Restrictions: You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. Disclaimer of

Warranty: This software and the accompanying files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall LaserAnimation be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information.

This publication could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein; these changes will be incorporated in new editions of the publication. LaserAnimation may make improvements and/or changes in the product(s) and/or the program(s) described in this publication at any time.

The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or written materials are defective you, and not LaserAnimation or its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

Make backup copies of your work regularly. Backup your work at least daily. Do not, under any circumstances, forget to make backup copies. Backups are absolutely essential.
